I ate a 12 grain bagel with peanut butter for breakfast, a small iced coffee no cream 2 splendas, and for lunch I hate edamame and a small red baked potato. Why do I feel like I’m going to throw up?!?!?!?!
I have never felt more satisfied before in my life because of a sandwich :-D
This is where you burn a total of 3500 calories a week. 1 pound of fat equals 3500 calories. This has been said to be one of the best fitness styles out there. Burning 500 calories a day isn’t hard and as long as I stock to healthy eating I will be set.
